Tapered Shaft

Tapered shafts feature a tapered tip used to fasten parts, and is often used in machinery such as a turbomachine and compressor. Compared to a traditional keyed shaft, the specially designed tapered shaft increases accuracy and tightness. Taking all application needs into consideration, as well as different design techniques, we use a multi-point tapered design to achieve higher requirements. We provide tapered shafts in a variety of materials, as well as different diameters, ranging between 1 to 80mm. To manufacture tapered shafts, we primarily used low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, high carbon steel, brass, aluminum alloy and many other types of stainless steel in different grades. All of our products conform to RoHS standards.
