Custom Shaft

Gaoyi utilizes diverse CNC processing techniques to manufacture custom shafts for clients in different industrial fields. Production options include tapered, threaded, custom and special, knurled, pins, rods, and pinions. Shafts can be produced with cross drilling, cross milling and/or hardened and ground.

Established in 2008, we now have more than 10 years of experience in the metal machining industry, having custom machines a variety of shaft types. This has been done so in accordance with a variety of required shapes, materials and standards, with the shafts most often made through a turning process. Our facility is outfitted with advanced CNC machining centers to manufacture custom shafts and other fasteners with a high precision.
