Gaoyi is a full-fledged fastener supplier of screws, and we have manufactured several hundred types of screw products including but not limited to cap nut screws, counter sunk screws, custom machined screws, self-tapping screws, knurled screws, hex screws, machine screws, miniature screws, and shoulder screws.

Gaoyi’s nut production line processes nuts in a variety of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, red copper, aluminum and any material that clients want. We are also capable of processing nonstandard nuts according to client provided drawings. Nuts are commonly used hardware, and are used to fasten most screws, bolts, and other fasteners with a thread.

Gaoyi provides bolt customization service for machinery equipment, furniture, building construction, indoor decoration, and other heavy and light industrial applications. We manufacture bolts with a diameter range of M6 to M16, and the bolt material chosen by the clients, with options including stainless steel, aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and brass. We also offer different treatments for the fasteners, including tempering, zincing, chroming, color coating and more to meet client requirements.

Gaoyi utilizes diverse CNC processing techniques to manufacture custom shafts for clients in different industrial fields. Production options include tapered, threaded, custom and special, knurled, pins, rods, and pinions. Shafts can be produced with cross drilling, cross milling and/or hardened and ground.

Gaoyi has the expertise and experience needed to manufacture miniature screws, small screws, and miniature fasteners. Each of our precision micro fasteners are a variety of different screws and screw nuts, with a diameter ranging between 0.5 to 1.4mm- a size small enough that fastening needs to be done using special tools. Micro fasteners are used in glasses, medical instruments, laboratory equipment, computers, aviation equipment and more.
